Reminder: “Countdown to UFC 82″ airs tonight on SpikeTV

“Countdown to UFC 82″ airs tonight on the Spike television network at 11:00pm. ET.

Here’s the program description from UFC.com:

“Brazil’s Anderson Sliva prepares to defend his middleweight title against PRIDE® titleholder Dan Henderson. See how they train, what they eat and what they are doing to prepare in their homes in Brazil and California. ”

The episode re-airs: Wednesday 2/27, at 11:00pm and Saturday 3/1 at 6pm.

UFC 82 is set to go off this Saturday, March 1, at 10 p.m. ET on pay-per-view (PPV) from Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio.

Reminder: Countdown to UFC 78: “Validation” airs tonight on SpikeTV

Countdown to UFC 78 a Spike television network pre-fight special will air tonight (Monday) at midnight.

The hour-long show will hype the UFC 78: “Validation” fight card, which will showcase superstars such as Michael Bisping, Rashad Evans, Houston Alexander and Thiago Alves, as they get ready for their upcoming fights.

UFC 78: “Validation” is set to go off Saturday, November 17 at 10 p.m. ET from The Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. on pay-per-view (PPV).
