Penn vs Joe Stevenson fight. I really don't think the lightweight division could afford to be held up any further, not with how stacked the division is and not with all the other UFC champions having various problems. As for payoffs, never describe to malevolence what can best be attributed to incompetence. Hopefully the CSAC will get it's affairs in order and future hearings will be handled more professionally like a court proceeding and less like, well... the seemingly clownish state which it is currently in. This terrible acting of the CSAC is absurd! I hope to God within the next three years that the athletic commissions' DO NOT have power within testing for illegal substances and judging bouts!
