The announcement is part of a switch-up because Hector Lombard — the original opponent for Karo Parisyan — was scratched because of visa problems. So now Karo “The Heat” Parisyan (17-4) will fight Octagon newcomer Ryo Chonan (14-7) — not Hector Lombard — on November 17 at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J.
